Hotel Hofker - Nes (Ameland, Friesland)

Good breakfast, well-maintained swimming pool, clean and organized hotel, updated and modern rooms, perfect central location, easy access from ferry.

For us it was ideal.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet village in Friesland. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location in the center of the village meant that there were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient and easy to explore. Additionally, the hotel was quite near to the ferry, making it a great base for visiting the nearby northern beach. The rooms were comfortable and had good wifi, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, with freshly baked bread that was delicious.

Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Located in a convenient spot surrounded by restaurants and shops, it's a good place to base yourself to explore the area. the ferry is nearby and easy to find.

The room could have been better, it felt small and you can hear noise from the hallway easily.

Spent Christmas at this family hotel and it was an amazing experience! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing morning swim and the breakfast buffet was loaded with a variety of breads and cheeses. the location of the hotel was excellent, just a short bike ride away from the ferry and the northern beach. the quiet surroundings made it a perfect getaway from the bustling city. a great stay.

The cosmetic bag left in the room was not found and there was no response from the hotel after reaching out. it would have been nice to have cleaning included in the room as an option.
